In support of AiTi's initiatives to tighten controls on Prepaid SIM Card registration in Brunei Darussalam, DSTCom requires that all new Easi Starter Packs purchased have to be registered first, at any DSTCom counter before activation/use.

- Potential Easi subscribers must come in person to register.
- All subscribers must be 12 years and above (with a VALID IC) to register.
Parents or guardians must register for children under 12 years of age. They must register themselves as the owner of the prepaid SIM Card, with the child registered as a user. For other registrations on behalf, the owner's (authorized person's) IC must be presented.
All Easi numbers purchased by a firm or company, for its employees, must also be registered.
For Sole Propreitors/Partnerships: (i) Authorization Form (ii) IC of proprietor/partner (iii) Forms 16 & 17, must be presented.
For Companies: (i) IC of Director (ii) Form X (iii) Notice of Situation of Registered Office, must be presented.
