Registration and Eligibility

Personal Registration

For Locals:
- Valid original I/C*
- Applicant's signature on copy of IC

For Foreigners:
- Valid original I/C*
- Valid Letter of Employment

Self-employed applicants must produce Company's Certificate of Registration and Section 16 & 17 (for businesses only)

For Students:
- Valid original I/C*
- Letter of Guarantee 
- Valid guarantor's original I/C. (must be either Yellow or Red IC Holder)
- Guarantor with fixed income provide salary slip (must be Net $500)
- Guarantor proof of fixed income if official salary is not available
- Guarantor's signature on all relevant documents

Company Registration

- Company's authorisation letter written in letterhead and bearing Company's stamp
- Valid original I/C of the authorised person sighted and copied
- Company's Certificate of Registration and Section 16 & 17 or Certificate of Incorporation or Form X or Power of Attorney
- Directors must not have any outstanding bills on any existing accounts.

* Valid means not less than 6 months before expiry date for Green I/C holders.

No registration on behalf will be entertained. Guarantor is required for unemployed applicants.
