MANAGER, SUBSCRIBER MANAGEMENT (KRISTAL ASTRO)[Ref: BB/MGR03/10/09]

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To assist Head of Unit in planning, directing, supervising customer service activities to meet the needs of customers and support the overall customer service operations.
  • Manage customers and ensure consistent customer satisfactions, quality of service while promoting a strong team.
  • To establish and develop process and system enhancements to improve efficiencies and customer experience, and ensuring customer service expectations are consistently met.
  • To undertake additional responsibilities as instructed from time to time by the management and contribute ideas for the improvement for the section.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree in Business Administrations or its equivalent with Seven (7) to Nine (9) years relevant working experience in a related field;
  • HND in Business Administration or its equivalent with ten (10) to twelve (12) years relevant experience in related field.
  • Influential, strong interpersonal, leadership and delegation skills;
  • Excellent report writing, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deal with unexpected and delicate situations calmly and with a sound judgment;
  • High level of commitment and capability in building and maintaining superior customer service department.
