EXECUTIVE OFFICER, RADIO OPERATION (KRISTAL MEDIA) [Ref: BB/EO07/10/09]

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible in planning and executing content of radio program
  • To produce and present effective program as well as producing promos, advertisements and jingles.
  • To prepare DJs monthly Roster and to supervise daily DJs schedules and presentations.
  • To provide monthly reports for aired commercial, staff attendance and other report as required by supervisor.
  • To perform other duties as may be assigned by superior form time to time.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree in Social Communication or its equivalent qualification in other related field;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skill both in English and Malay;
  • Having good knowledge and interest on Malay and English songs and music;
  • Be highly self motivated, able to work independently and strong leadership and management skill;
  • A good self-discipline and able to work harmoniously in team.
