EXECUTIVE OFFICER, HUMAN RESOURCE PLANNING [Ref: BB/EO02/10/09]

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible in assisting the Acting Manger of Group Human Resource Planning and Head of Group Human Resource Planning & Development to manage and coordinate activities of DST Group of Companies within the limits of organisation’s rules and regulation on matters of Manpower planning / Workforce Optimisation , Human Resource Strategy , Policy Formulation, Functional Manuals, and Job Descriptions.
  • Manage, monitor and coordinate with respective department / unit on Group manpower planning / group workforce optimization of the organisation.
  • Prepare and execute manpower / workforce optimization survey, and summary report.
  • Review and propose revision to Group HRP Strategies, Plans, Policy Formulation, Functional annuals and Job Descriptions based on Best HR Practices.
  • To perform duties which assigned by superior from time to time as required.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Industrial & Organisational Psychology or Business Administration/Management or related field of study.
  • HND in Business Management, Business Studies or its equivalents with minimum of three (3) to 5 (five) years relevant working experience.
  • Preferably with working experience in Human Resource-related field.
  • Strong understanding of modern HR theories and methodologies.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Innovative and analytic with problem solving capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish and maintain good relations with co-workers and department heads.
  • Team player with ability to work comfortably with and assist a wide range of individuals in a variety of situations.
