EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, MARKETING [Ref: BB/EA06/10/09]

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To provide effective and efficient support to Executive Officer of Marketing Operations and Creativity through effective daily management of graphic designs and other duties so as to contribute to the effectiveness of Marketing Unit as a whole.
  • To design and execute marketing materials including but is not limited to advertisements for media publications, billboards and signage, websites, SIM cards, and other in-house requirements.
  • To perform other tasks or duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Higher National Diploma (HND) in Graphics Designing or its equivalents;
  • Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Graphics Designing or its equivalents.
  • Team player with the ability to work comfortably with a wide range of individuals in a variety of situations.
  • Good communication skills both oral and written.
  • Creative and innovative.
