MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT [Ref: BB/MGR04/08]
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible in planning and implementing human resource plan & development programs that ensure all employees increase their skills and contributions to the company within limits of Company’s rules and regulations.
- Evaluates the adequacy of existing training programs used in addressing the needs of staff.
- Co-ordinates with other departments and line managers to plan for the training of staff.
- Recommends, oversees, organises and co-ordinates internal and external training programs locally and overseas.
- Manages, appraise and guides direct reporting staff, oversee the management of indirect reporting staff, and involved in the recruitment of unit staff.
- To undertake additional responsibilities as instructed from time to time and contribute ideas for the improvements of the section.
- Plan, monitor and review of the overall Budget and Functional Manual.
- To perform other duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Human Resource Development / Industrial Psychology / Training / Learning / Social Sciences or its equivalent in other related field.
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in related field.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Malay and English Language.
- Innovative, analytical with problem identification and solving capabilities.
- Good presentation skills to conduct effective training programs for the staff.
- Tactful yet assertive.
