Executive Officer, Regulatory Policy & Legal [Ref: BB/EO05/08]

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To assist in the provision of legal counseling and opinion to other divisions or Units for all legal and regulatory matters.
  • Drafting and review agreements, regulatory papers review of third party contracts and to give opinions.
  • Undertaking specific tasks assigned to the Legal Unit and to become focal point/contact.
  • Assist in corporate secretarial and liaison with relevant authorities.
  • Generally undertake administration and office matters including daily running of the legal and regulatory, finance, filing of confidential documents, attending meeting and telephone calls.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons).
  • Ability to work independently under minimum supervision with sound judgment, highly analytical and observant to details, self-confidence and strong negotiation skills.
  • Must have strong interest in local telecommunication industry and regulations with commercial appreciation of the industry.
  • Posses a valid driving license and own transport.
